Met a cool Jalop for my uber driver though. chatted F1, Na vs turbo and talked about his old 05 twin turbo 350z. dude knew his stuff. impressed.

Chicago is great because it’s a huge megalopolis but the people are small-town friendly. You get all the big city perks, the culture, the diversity, the food, etc. but in a place where the people are welcoming and kind.

I lived there for 8 years. Loved the city. Unfortunately the state government is melting down and shootings are out of control. However, if you stick to downtown and the northside, its a fantastic city.
